My name is Ana Santopinto, I’m from Argentina and I've been working in IT for the past +8 years.
Very early on in my career, I realized that one of the things I enjoyed the most was bringing the voice of the customer to the product. Gathering feedback and hard data, merging visions, and deciding on a scope to make an idea a reality is what makes me tick — and so that became my passion, and shaped my path to become a Product Manager.
I have experience working with large clients and within a large company, but small to medium-sized teams are where I do my best work. Collaborating side-by-side with a brilliant group of people on a product is what I enjoy the most.
It's my belief that a Product Manager needs to be a jack of all trades. The role requires that you're able to speak dev, manager, customer, and stakeholder equally, and luckily for me, I've been able to refine this throughout the years.
For the past year, I’ve been working on a SaaS AI-driven pricing & BI Platform, and it’s been an absolutely thrilling balancing act: we’ve had to expose enough information for users to trust the output, while at the same time feeling empowered to make tactical and strategic decisions, plus give the engine feedback to grow.
So, what do I bring to the table? Understanding the product lifecycle, ideal customer profiles, and the entire ecosystem it's developed in to seamlessly harness all that information and bring out a strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, converting it into feasible solutions.
I'm well versed in handling presentations, and demos, making sure each stakeholder has a properly condensed version of the information to keep them engaged and motivated. Also, I try to crack a few jokes from time to time (can't promise they're any good).
Having worked fully remote for the past +8 years, I have plenty of experience with cross-cultural and cross-team communication across various time zones.
Do you feel like I could be a good fit for your team? If so, let's get the conversation going%20&tf=cm)!
